My interest with graffiti artists came when I met my husbands cousin "Butch". Since that time I have been interested in the way in which graffiti artists interact with each other and the community in which they participate. I have followed "Butch" and his crew around Denver while they paint, I photograph. Most of the time they are painting illegal walls and freights, occasionally I get to photograph them painting a legal wall.
